They dont have anything against him, literally everytime Konohamaru is on screen hes been shown to protect the others the only time hes lost is when the opponents are literally ten times stronger than him

yeah but the problem is after konohamaru lost that fight boruto literally 1v1ed him after.

i suppose its implied as the show itself didnt focus on their team as they should have. i guessing they did a lot of missions but not shown

Yeah I think they have only been on like 2 missions as a team... Most of them were without sensei because it was a rogue action or that prison that was like 10 episodes or something.

I think the level of Jonin remains roughly the same, its just the current generation doesnt have Kakashi n Guy, cuz when you think of Jonin you think of those 2 n its not really a fair comparison to the current gen, but if you compare Konohamaru n a certain leaf Jonin that tried to use Genjutsu on Itachi, suddenly he doesnt seem too bad right?

I mean, it's to be expected honestly. Kakashi's actually considered a prodigy and had a very tough life ever since a child, while that wasn't exactly the case with Konohamaru. He's no prodigy, but is still sufficient to some extent at least. Not to forget that they're still considered to be living in a time of peace.
